Judd Lauren is a very uniquely skilled Telekinetic and former member of the Arrow Squad. He defected from the Net with his brother and the three children between them to seek protection from the SnowDancer pack.
Biography
Childhood
As a child, he killed another child called Paul in a moment of anger. After that incident, he was immediately placed into the hands of the Arrow Squad and erased from his family records. He was 10 years old then. They started by attaching electrodes to his body and causing him pain. He learned not to scream after a week. After five weeks, he did not faint anymore.
He is 18 when he becomes an active Arrow.
Life with Silence
Judd firmly believes he needs Silence to control his powers as he's too dangerous otherwise.
Despite all this, he decided to defect together with the rest of his family despite not being included in the death sentence.
In 2073, when he is 21, he starts to work with Xavier Perez.
As an Arrow, he had to take Jax for a year. After realizing its effects after seven months, he started to make deliberate mistakes and blaming them on the drug. He also told the medics he was having dreams. He was taken off of it after that.
By the time he turned 26, he had been an Arrow for eight years.

Abilities and Skills
Judd has the rare ability of a Tk-Cell: he can stimulate, control and move cells of living things, whether it is knitting up wounds or cutting someone to pieces without touching them. Those are considered extremely dangerous as it doesn't cost them much energy since even weak Tk-C's can kill with a stray thought. He also has strong teleporting skills.
He has undergone the usual Arrow training and is proficient with all kinds of weaponry. This also means he has physical skills - he was able to defeat several SnowDancer changelings.
